Senior Managers, Change Champions and Change Agents with a
comprehensive understanding of the changes to expect in their
department and/or ministry before, during and after GEMS is enabled
in their workplace.
In addition, this briefing will allow
the Change Agents and Trainers to understand, in detail, of the preparations that
they must make for the upcoming change activities in the near
future. |

Because GEMS deployment is staggered,
not all processes can be done online. Therefore, it is
important for users to understand how and when to use interim
solutions when GEMS has been deployed.

All HR Users and Self Service Users working in any of the
departments involved in the Release 2C will be able to
access GEMS online services in their actual workplace.
When GEMS 'Go-Live' Day arrives, we need to know

our workplace
- what and how to prepare for those activities that
will occur
- where to look for help if we encounter any problems

Intended only for Senior Managers of every
department and/or ministry for the next release, this short event
provides Senior Managers with a comprehensive introduction of the online
reporting and managerial transactions that they can use in GEMS.
This event normally coincides on the same
day that the GEMS Road Show for Self Service Users (see below) begins.
This provides Senior Managers with the opportunity to visit the GEMS
Road Show at the end of their coaching session. |

The road show event will be show casing the various
online services that GEMS has to offer to all Self Service
